Blair has a background in radio and television broadcasting, customer service, and event planning. He is a world traveller and foodie expert. He was recently in Italy, Greece and France. Blair also loves to smoke meat and his favourite thing to eat is Fajitas.
Vice-President of Culinary Experiences (The Actual Head Honcho)
Tanya’s obsession with food started by cooking with her mom at a young age. This fascination with food turned into a career when she became a chef after studying at Liaison College of Culinary Arts. She went on to start her own catering company and because she never stops, also opened her own food styling company. She is the co-founder of For Foodies Sake Culinary Tours and is the V.P. of Culinary Experiences. She would also bite your arm off for an awesome gourmet burger.
Director of Operations (Organizational Whiz)
Pam attended Centennial College for Radio and Television Broadcasting before starting her career in administration. She has an extensive background in all things office related. She has a massive sweet tooth and feels pizza and ice cream should be their own food group. She can bake up a storm but enjoys having others cook for her.

She’s the resident nutrition expert on The Marilyn Dennis Show and you’ve seen her on The Dr. Oz Show, as well as many speaking engagements worldwide. We are thrilled to be partnered with renowned holistic nutritionist and best selling author; the Healthy Gourmet herself, Julie Daniluk. Julie will be hosting an exclusive “Health in the City” Tour Series. She will be your celebrity guide as she introduces you to healthy options in a variety of Toronto’s iconic food destinations.
